Can I switch between plans

Yes, you can switch between plans without notice. The difference in plan costs for your current month will be calculated automatically on a pro-rated basis.

Is there a discount for annual payments

Yes, paying in advance annually attracts a discount of 10%. You can choose to switch from a monthly to an annual plan at any time.

When are payments taken out

Monthly and annual payments start and recur on the day of the period that you started a subscription. For example, if you start your subscription on the 4th July, your billing period will run from the 4th July to the 3rd August (inclusive).

I need more map loads than the Enterprise plan allows. Is this possible?

Yes, we can quote for usage for any number of map loads. Please contact our support team with your requirements at support@expressmaps.com

What happens if I exceed the 100,000 map load limit on the Free plan?

If you go over 100,000 map loads in a monthly period on the Free plan, your maps will stop working until you subscribe to one of our paid plans.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for a free account?

Absolutely not - you'll only need to enter payment details if you want to subscribe to a paid plam.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time without notice - even mid-month in which case we'll refund your monthly payment on. a pro-rated basis.
